- Hook activity in the TUI를 더 쉽게 볼 수 있도록 live running hooks를 별도로 보여 주고, 완료된 hook output은 유용할 때만 남긴다.
- Custom TUI status lines에 renamed thread title을 포함할 수 있다.
- Code-mode tool declarations에 MCP outputSchema details를 넣어 structured tool results를 더 정확히 타입화한다.
- SessionStart hooks가 /clear로 생성된 세션과 fresh startup, resume sessions를 구분할 수 있다.

- core README에 elevated vs restricted-token Windows sandbox support split을 문서화했다.
- app-server protocol documentation을 새로운 /clear SessionStart source에 맞게 갱신했다.
- rollout recording의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 failed flushes를 retry하고 durability failures를 드러내도록 바꿨다.
- compaction과 Guardian review events를 위한 analytics schemas와 metadata wiring을 추가했다.
- Guardian follow-up efficiency를 높이기 위해 transcript deltas를 보내고 full history 재전송을 줄였다.

수정
- Windows elevated sandbox에서 split filesystem policies와 writable roots 아래의 read-only carveouts 처리 문제를 고쳤다.
- symlinked writable roots와 carveouts의 sandbox permission handling을 고쳐 shell과 apply_patch workflow 실패를 막았다.
- codex --remote wss://... panics를 막기 위해 TLS websocket connections 전에 Rustls crypto provider를 설치하도록 고쳤다.
- tool search result ordering이 알파벳 순으로 재정렬되지 않고 원래 순서를 유지하도록 고쳤다.
- live Stop-hook prompts가 thread history reload 이후가 아니라 즉시 나타나도록 고쳤다.
- app-server MCP cleanup on disconnect가 정상 동작해 unsubscribed threads와 resources가 올바르게 정리되도록 고쳤다.
